During most group work I am the nominated team leader. I make sure everybody stays on task, try to keep
everyone motivated and provide encouragements. I usually identify peoples strengths and weaknesses to assign them tasks I
know they can complete. I try to understand cultural differences and issues that face each individual in groups I'm working in. I
really enjoy this position because, it gives me a chance to learn responsibility and dependability in the future.
